provides a variety of services for its guests,
to make the stay pleasantly unique.
Concierge Service
The staff will take care of your every need during your entire stay. Your stay will surely be smooth and relaxed. Our most sought after services include daily travel, beach club and restaurant recommendations, event planning and special suggestions.
Breakfast
It’s a rich buffet breakfast and it is served between 8:00 am to 10:30 am.
All our rates include it, if it’s not included in the rate (booking on other websites) the price is 15,00 € per person, a day.
Honesty BAR
Palazzo Guido’s guests have free access night & day to drinks. Guests can check the lists located in several frames. Once the drink has been taken, the guest should note the drink taken which will then be added to the final bill.
Spa & Relaxation Area Service
The private wellness area with Jacuzzi and Sauna is at disposal for our guests. Sit back and unwind in an intimate atmosphere. The usage of the Spa & Relaxation area is free access night & day, and it can be reserved for private sessions.
It’s included in direct reservation rate. If not, the price is 25,00 € per person, per hour.
Massage Services
At your request, Palazzo Guido hosts exceptional certified massage therapists who offer an impressive line-up of enriching holistic, therapeutic and organic treatments.

Tours Service
Palazzo Guido, through its local collaborators, offers tourist tours as well as tailor-made special itineraries. From the Walking Tour of city center to the Street Food Tour.
The price will depend on the itinerary and services requested.
Beach Picnic Service
Salento is full of stunning beaches to visit. The best way to explore them is to travel along its gorgeous coastlines. Palazzo Guido offers a beach picnic service (upon request)
Beach Kit: 2 Beach chairs, 2 beach towels and beach umbrella: 20 € per per day
2 Beach Towels can be rented daily for 5 € or purchased for 15 €, each.
Thermal Bag with 2 sandwiches, 2 soft drinks/waters and sliced fruit portion: 20,00 €
